In a mixing bowl add 2eggs and 1/2 cup oats and mix well then add 1/4 cup milk in the same bowl. Mix welland cover for 5minutes.. After 5minutes add chooped onion, capsicum,coriander leaves, pepper powder, and required salt. Mix all togetherand keep aside. Then take a nontic pan well greesed, add the mixture in to this and spread well.cook both sides in a low flame for 5minutes.. After well cooked cut and serve hot…
