When it comes to building muscle the gym is the fun part where you break the muscle down and then you need to eat to fuel the muscle recovery and muscle building process. This means a proper diet is essential to a successful lean bulk. Today I outline a full day of eating on my lean bulk at 3,200 calories and over 200g of protein. I keep it simple with my meals and eat foods I enjoy while always making sure to eat healthy. Food is your bodies fuel so make sure it is high quality if you expect your body to function at high level. I also go over a mobility routine I have been doing daily to help my body recover. It takes 10 minutes a day and I have noticed a huge difference in my body. I don’t wake sore in the morning and my body isn’t as stiff as it normally is.
