Yield: 20 big dumplings / kozhukattai
Ingredients:
1 cup – Brown rice
3/4 cup – Date paste
1/2 cup – Coconut (grated)
1 tsp – Cardamom (Elaichi) powder
1 tsp – Salt
1/2 tsp – Oil
2 + 1/2 cups – Water
2 tbsp – Almonds finely sliced (optional)
1 tbsp – Raisins (optional)
