First recips is Aloo Dahi Chaat.

we show you Zero oil aloo chaat recipes. Aloo chaat is mainly a street food . It can be served as a snack, a side dish or a light meal. It is made from boiled and fried cubed potatoes served with chat masala . Ingredients
2 Boiled potatoes
100 gm Chole
2 tbsp Green Chutney (Mint & coriander leafs)
7 tbsp Gud & imali Chutney
2 chopped Onion
1 chopped Tomatoes
1 chopped cucumber
Coriander
1 tsp Chaat masala
1 tsp Jeera powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp Black salt
normal salt
some green chillies chopped

Ingredients :

1. One table spoon mung dal chilka /split green gram
2. 1 ts massor dal
3. 1 ts chana dal /split Bengal gram
4. 1 ts cup urad dal /split black gram and other dal as abailable
5. 2 tbs ginger chilli paste, coriander
6. Salt to taste and oil
7. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
8. 1/2 tsp jeera powder
9- some ginger
10= 10-12 garlic cloves
11- Chopped green coriander leafs
12 Chopped capisum, green chilli, Onion, One Boil potatos

Method :
1. Mix all dals and wash them thoroughly
2. Soak in water for 4/5 hours
3. Drain the water and transfer into food processor or blender jar
4. Blend them to a coarse paste without adding water
5. Add ginger chilli paste ,coriander and salt as per taste
6. Mix well and keep aside for 1 hour
7. Heat the appe pan and put some oil in it
8. Pour the batter in the mould
9. Cover with lid and cook on low heat until outer layer is crispy golden brown
10.flip the appe and cook from other side also
11. Serv with green chatani and tomato sauce

Green chilli- 1 or 2(chopped)
Onion(medium)-1(chopped)
Coriander leaves(chopped)
Raw mango(optional)
Chat masala powder- 1/4 tsp
Cooking oil- 3 tbsp
Roasted cumin powder 3/4 tsp
Red chilli powder-1/3 tsp
Salt to taste
One Spoon Curd
