Recipe:
Dry Ingredients
120g-140g all purpose flour. (Use on higher end for a little more dense donut)
62g whey casein
4g baking powder
½ tsp nutmeg (helps enhance the vanilla)
Wet ingredients:
2 large eggs
50g greek yogurt
15g lite butter
180g almond milk
40g birthday cake syrup
3g vanilla extract
30g confectioner
Mix wet and dry separately
Then add wet into the dry
Bake at 350 degrees F for 10-11 min.
