Here is a very tasty recipe – Spicy Veggie Egg breakfast. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Therefore, should be healthy and nutritious.

Vitamins and minerals in the breakfast:
Vitamins: A, B1, B3, B5, B6, B7, B12, C, D, K
Minerals: Fe, P, Mg, K, Se

Ingredients: (311 Calories)
1 Small potato
1/2 Carrot
1 Small onion
1 Egg
1/2 Tomato
1 Bread slice (preferably brown)
1 Tsp olive oil

Recipe:
Prepare veggie material: Crush the potato and carrot. To taste add salt, red chilli, ground cumin and coriander seeds and mix well.
Prepare Egg: Break an egg in a bowl. Add, to taste, salt, red chilli, turmeric and mix it well.
Cut tomato and onion in slices.
Pre-heat frying pan, add oil and veggie material. Dry water and spread it in a pan. Pour egg on the veggie material. Cover and leave it for 5 minutes. Sprinkle coriander leaves. Turn its side and again leave for 5 minutes. Take it out in a dish.
Prepare sandwich. Put tomato and onion slices on a piece of bread. Then add the prepared veggie-egg material. Place another slice on the top and heat on both sides.
Your yummy healthy breakfast is ready. Enjoy!!
