1 cup of oats
1/3 cup any milk
1 teaspoon sweetener
1 serving Protein Powder
1/4 teaspoon Chia seeds (optional)
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
3/4 banana (i use the rest for the first toppings)
MIX
Add 1/2 of the mixture to a oven save bowl, add any toppings and cover with the rest of the mixture. In the oven for 15min (180 degrees) and top it off with anything you like and ENJOY #bakedoats
