Today I did some healthy alternative desserts that you could enjoy this season! I’ve curated recipes where you could enjoy without sacrificing the taste!
Easy Apple pie (inspired by 매일맛나)
4 slices of bread (any kind but must be fresh for optimal taste)
1 apple ( i used pink lady)
1 tbsp of brown sugar ( you can add more for a gooey filling)
1 tsp of pumpkin pie spice
1tsp of corn starch with 40 ml of water (for slurry)
1 egg for egg wash
350F 13 mins
Air Fry Pumpkin Spice Donut Holes(15-16 holes)
1/3 cup of almond milk (warm)
3.5g of yeast
20g of melted butter
2 tbsp of sugar
1 cup of flour
dash of salt & vanilla
1 tsp of pumpkin spice
1/4 cup of sugar & 1 tsp of pumpkin spice
350F for 3 minutes in air fryer
Pumpkin Spice Oatmeal Crisps (8 cookies)
1/2 cup of oatmeal (blended or quick)
1/2 cup of sliced almonds
30g of almond flour
30g of brown sugar
2 1/2 tbsp of avocado oil
2 1/2 tbsp of almond milk
1/2 cup of unsweetened chocolate chips
1/2 tsp of pumpkin spice
325F for 25 mins
Squid Game Dalgona
2 1/2 tbsp of sugar must be white
pinch of baking soda
(easiest if you use a metal ladle & over low heat)
