1&1/4 cup of semiya or vermicelli
2 tsp of ghee
1 tsp of oil
Cashew nuts, green peas 1/4 cup or as per you liking
3 cups of hot water
1/2 tsp of salt or as per taste
1 chopped tomato, onion
3 green chilies & 4-5 curry leaves
2 tsp of lemon juice
Pinch of cumin seeds, turmeric powder & sugar
Coriander for garnishing and fresh coconut as per taste
