INGREDIENTS
500gm smoked trout
2 heads of lettuce
1/2 large fennel bulb
2 ruby pink or red grapefruits
1/2 cup olive oil
Juice of 1 and 1/2 lemons
1/2 cup picked dill sprigs
salt and pepper to taste
