This coffee flavored biscoff yogurt is one of the yummiest low calorie desserts I have made. It is high in protein and low in calories. Easy to make. With only 133 calories per cup and 20 grams of protein it’s a great everyday snack.

Ingredients
300 g non fat greek yogurt
1 packet of unflavored gelatin (7g)
1.5 oz of espresso
1 oz sugar free vanilla syrup
2 biscoff cookies plus more for either garnish or crumble on top, if you choose to have it
