Quick Easy Healthy Malai Bread Recipe without oil & Ghee

Ingredients
Suji – 3 tsp
Malai – 2 tsp
Bread – 2 slice
Tomato – 1
Onion – 1
Green Chilli – 1
Salt – As per taste
Black Pepper – As per taste

Steps
[1] Mix suji and malai together.
[2] Finely chopped onion, tomato and green chilli.
[3] Mix the chopped vegetables with suji & malai.
[4] Add black pepper & salt as per your taste and mix it well.
[5] Apply the mixture on one side of the bread.
[6] Take a non stick pan and roast the bread till it becomes gold brown.
[7] Please do not add any oil or ghee. .
