TASTY AND HEALTHY SPROUTS POHA FOR BREAKFAST! 😍
– Soak half cup poha in water for 5 minutes. Rinse it and set aside.
– Take oil in pan and add mustard seeds till it crackle. Now add split chillies, ginger paste and onion.
– After onions turn translucent add other vegetables and sprouts.
– Now add spices and saute for 5 minutes on low flame.
– Cook with a lid and add poha after vegetables are cooked.
– Mix well and let masala coat all the vegetables and poha.
– Garnish with coriander and serve.
