Full day of eating like TAYLOR SWIFT! Thanks to the release of her album Red (Taylors Version), I got inspired to do a little digging and find out what this celebrity eats in a day.
Here are some of her favourite and go to meals, including her coffee order!
Chai Christmas Cookie Recipe *Inspired by Joy The Baker
116 Calories Each
Dough:
110g lightest lurk butter
100g Raw Earth Monkfruit Sweetener
60g Lakanto Icing Powder
110ml Coconut Oil
1 Egg
250g Vetta Plain Flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 Tbsp loose leaf chai
Icing:
120g Lakanto Icing Powder
1 Tbsp unsweetened almond milk
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
Sprinkles *Optional
Method:
1. Cream sugar and butter with an electric whisk in a bowl
2. Add oil and egg and whisk further
3. Add dry to the wet and fold then add chai and fold again
4. Scoop out dough onto a lined baking tray
5. Set in fridge for 1 hour until dough is chilled
6. After dough is chilled press to flatten and then pop in the oven at 180°C for 8 minutes or until golden
7. Meanwhile mix your icing up and distribute evenly on top of cookies
8. Add Sprinkles if using ❤️ 🎄
