===== Ingredients =====
Brown rice flour 200 g
Chia seeds 2 Tbsp
Ground Flax seed 2 Tbsp
Oats 100 g
Homemade oats flour 50 g
Oil (olive oil) 3 Tbsp
Active dry yeast 1/4 Tsp
Maple syrup 2 Tbsp
Salt 1/4 Tsp
Warm water 2 Tbsp
Hot water 300 ml
Raisins 40 g
===== Recipe =====
-Making dough
Warm water, Maple syrup, yeast into bowl and let activate yeast for about 5 minutes.
Put Oats, chia seed, flax seed, Brown rice flour into a bowl & add hot water. Set aside for about 30 minutes.
Place the raisins in the hot water & set aside for later.
Add yeast mixture & oil in a flour mixture & mix well by hand or spatula.
Remove the water from the raisins & add to dough & mix well.
Place the dough on baking pan.
Cover dough and let it rest for 30- 60 minutes.
Preheat oven for 190°C or 375°F.
Bake for 20-25 minutes.
