Healthy Recipe Sabudana Upmaa…..Quick Breakfast
Simple ways I have prepared…what ever ingredients are their in my kitchen I have used it

1.For 2 person I have taken 1 meduim cup big sabudana. Soak over night.
2.Next day wash it properly and drain it.Keep aside…..
3. Now coarsely grind 1/2 small cup roasted peanut and keep aside.
4. Heat oil in a kadai. Fry 1/2 tsp cumin seeds, few curry leaves, 2 whole red chilly for few seconds.
5. Then add 1 chopped onion saute it till it is light brown in colour. Then add 1 chopped green chilly, red chilly powder as needed, 1/2 tsp ginger paste and mix…well.
6. Add sabudana mix…well. I have added a little sugar so that the upma color will be redish.
7. Then add roasted peanut powder. Mix…..well. Don’t add water and cook for 5 minutes till sabudana become tender…
8. Once it is done. Transfer to a serving plate………….
9. Ready to serve………….hot………………..sabudana upma
