Chicken Rainbow Rice – Singaporean Rice Recipe |Healthy, Quick & Easy Homemade Recipe by Diet Clinic
INGREDIENTS:
•Boiled Rice
•Chicken 1 cup
•Carrots
•Capsicum
•Tomato paste 2tbsp
•Ginger Garlic
HOW TO MAKE IT?
•Take a pan, add 2tbsp Olive oil and ginger Garlic in it. Cook it with chicken.
•When chicken is cooked remove it from the pan and add Ginger Garlic with onion and cook for 4 minutes.
•Now add tomato paste and cook for 2 minutes.
•Add salt turmeric and green chillies paste and cook.
•Now add vegetables and chicken and mix them well.
•Add 1/4th cup water and stir them untill vegetables become tender.
•Serve it with boiled Rice.
