CHICKEN MUSHROOM SOUP
INGREDIENTS:
100g mushrooms
150g chicken breast
6 almonds
Water as required
Salt and pepper to taste
Boil water in a pan and add chicken. Once chicken is cooked, strain the broth. Do not waste it. Keep it a side. Shred the boiled chicken. Now add the broth to a pan and add shredded chicken, mushrooms, almonds and salt and pepper. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes and enjoy.

EGG AND CHICKEN SALAD
INGREDIENTS:
2 eggs
100 g shredded chicken
1/2 cup cucumber chopped
1/4th cup onion chopped
1/4th cup tomatoes chopped
Salt, pepper and lemon juice as per taste

Direction:
Mix all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and enjoy it.
