– 1 small onion
– 3-4 cloves of garlic
– 1/2 tbsp flour
– 7-8 small tomatoes
– 1-2 tbsp oil
– butter (optional)
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 1/2 mixed herb
– 1/2 tbsp plain flour (you can use any herb of choice oregano, thyme, etc.).
– 1/2 cup water
– 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
