Ingredients:
3/4 Cup Milk + 1 tsp vinegar
2/3 Cup Powdered Sugar (125 gms)
1/3 Cup Oil (80 ml)
1 Tspn Vanilla Essence
1 1/3 Cup Rice Flour (200 gms)
1 Tsp Baking Powder
¼ Tsp Baking Soda
Tutti frutti – 2 tbsps
Chopped nuts for garnishing

Method:
1. Add vinegar in milk and keep aside.
2. Whisk sugar and oil together till light and fluffy. Seive in all dry ingredients. Combine dry ingredients with wet ingredients to prepare a smooth batter.
3. Add in vanilla and milk. Mix well.
4. Fold in tutti fruitti.
5. Grease a 6×6 inches baking dish, line with parchment paper. Pour the batter and tap it for few times to level it up.
6. Baking options:
– Airfryer at 160 degrees for 25 min
– Preheat cooker with 1 cup salt for 15-20 min on medium to high flame. Bake in cooker for 30-35 min
– Oven at 180 degrees for 30 min
7. Cool down the cake completely.
8. Cut the cake in any desired shape.
