This is a very popular and affordable Indian street food. Many people in India stop by these egg stalls and grab quick bread omelette. It is very filling and satisfying! The original recipe does not call for cheese but I had to add a slice of American cheese to this breakfast dish as I really like the combination of red chili powder, garam masala and salt with American cheese.
