This Gujarati Methi Na Dhebra Recipe is a wholesome, nutritious and tasty breakfast perfect for winter. It has lots of healthy ingredients like Fenugreek and Carom Seeds. You can prepare this dish in minutes with everyday ingredients available at home. Enjoy it for the Winter season!
Ingredients:
Juwar flour / Sorghum flour – 1 cup
Wheat flour – 1/2 cup
Methi / Fenugreek leaves – 200 g
Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp
Finely chopped chilli – 2
Grated ginger – 1 tsp
Grated garlic – 1/2 tsp
Crushed coriander and cumin – each 1/2 tsp
Crushed ajwain / Carom seeds – 1/2 tsp
Hing / Asafetida – 1/4 tsp
Turmeric – 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Jaggery powder – 1 tsp
White sesame – 1 tsp
Ghee / Clarified butter – 4 tbsp
Curd – 1 cup
