Description: Dosa is very famous dish in india.Mixing it with multigrain dosa make it even healthy recipe.
Flour ingredients:
One vessel pearl millet,one vessel rice,one vessel Jowar seeds,one spoon black gram,half vessel wheat,half vessel yellow split gram,one small piece of cinnamon, two cloves,half spoon.
Ingredients: turmeric,anise seeds, garlic, onion,red chilly masala, salt and oil.
Method:
Grind the flour ingredients and add water,salt with garlic, onion,red chilli masala, turmeric, anise seeds and make it as batter.
Add the batter in tawa and make a healthy dosa.
