🧄🥬 directions
1. boil hot water and cook your noodles
2. dice half of your garlic and thinly slice the other half
3. in a hot pan, add olive oil and cook salmon. remove salmon when golden and crispy
4. on the same pan, add olive oil and garlic. let it simmer and cook to enhance the garlic flavor
5. add pasta noodles, herbs (you can also add salt and red peppers if you do not need to lower cholesterol!), and spinach
6. mix until the spinach is slightly cooked
7. plate the pasta with the salmon (you can add cilantro for deco and flavor! and you can also sprinkle lemon for the tastier alternative!)
