This sandwich is a great option for your breakfast and also as an evening snack. Today I am going to show you how to make Egg-Corn Sandwich.
Ingredients:
Boiled and Sliced Egg – 2 nos.
Boiled Corn – ½ cup
Boiled Potato – 1 medium size
Capsicum Sliced – ½ cup
Onion Sliced – ½ cup
Garlic Sliced – 1 tbsp
Green Chilli – 3 nos.
Pepper Powder – ½ tsp
Mix Herbs – ½ tsp
Chilli Flakes – ½ tsp
Coriander Leaves – ½ cup
Refined Oil – 1 tbsp
Brown Sandwich Bread – 10 nos.
Salt to taste
How to make Egg-Corn Sandwich:
1. Heat a pan, add refined oil. Spread oil evenly into the pan.
2. Now, add chopped garlic and saute. Add chopped capsicum and saute. Add, boiled corn and saute. Now add, sliced onion and mix them well. After that, add boiled egg slices and saute. Add chopped green chilis and mix. Now, add the dry ingredients i.e., salt, pepper powder, mix hers and chilli flakes and mix all the ingredients together. Add boiled smashed potato and mix. Add coriander leaves and mix them well. After preparing the sandwich filling, keep it aside in a bowl. Now, gently spread the butter into the bread. Spread the filling evenly into the bread. Heat the griller and place the bread into the griller. After grilling the sandwich cut the sandwich in half. Your Egg-Corn Sandwich is ready to eat.
