Ingredients for Stuffing
2 Medium Boiled Potatoes
1/4 Cup Boiled Green Peas
2 Small Chopped Onions
1 Small Chopped Capsicum
1 Medium Grated Carrot
2 Tbsp Chopped Coriander
1 Tbsp Chopped Mint Leaves
2 Finely Chopped Green Chillies
1/2 Inch Grated Ginger
1/2 Tsp Chilli Flakes
1 Tsp Chaat Masala
1/2 Tsp Roasted Cumin Powder
1/4 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
1 Tsp Mixed Herbs (Optional)
1/2 Tsp Salt or to Taste

Ingredients For Paratha Dough
2 Cups of Wheat Flour
1/4 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Oil
Water as required

Oil For Frying Paratha as needed.

Note:-
▪︎All Measurements are with standard measuring cups and spoons.
▪︎This recipe will make 8 parathas.

Tips:-
▪︎Add some salt while boiling Potatoes and Green Peas.
▪︎You can skip or take vegetables of your choice.
▪︎You can use any chutney instead of green Chutney.
▪︎ You can adjust the seasoning according to your taste.
