I have amended the below recipe slightly to only contain 1 tablespoon of honey. You can also use maple syrup rather than honey if your #child is below 1 year-old. Recipe is based on this one here:

⅓ cup (75 grams) melted coconut oil or extra-virgin olive oil
1 to 2 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
2 extra large eggs
3 large mashed ripe bananas (1.5 cups)
¼ cup milk of choice
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 ¾ cups (220 grams) whole wheat flour
