Hey Foodies! This whole wheat banana bread tastes like magic and much healthier for you! I believe that the true existence of bananas was to be made into banana bread! Haha! This banana bread is light, soft, perfectly sweet, eggless and made of whole wheat flour! Happy baking!

Ingredients:
5-7 pcs ripe bananas
1/2 cup coconut oil
1/3 cup brown erythritol stevia
2 tsp clear vanilla
2 tsp vinegar
3 cups wheat flour
4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
your choice of nuts and chocolate

Bake at 350°F for 45-50 minutes.
Makes 2 loaves banana bread.
