So,hey guys today’s our recipe is snake gourd bhaji.its very healthy recipe.as you know about snake gourd it’s very healthy.i hope u will like this video.
1.Snake Gourd
2.Now,we will cut this
3.Here, i have used only half of the snake gourd
4.Cut it like this
and remove the flesh u can use that flesh for making chutney also
5.Wash it
6.after washing cut it as am showing you in the video
7.Now,i have done cutting the snake gourd
8.1 big onion or 2 small onions
9.Green chillies – 3
10.Cut both the items (onions & green chillies)
11.Grated Coconut – only for texture
12.Heat a cooker on medium flame
13.when the cooker is heated add 2tbsps of oil in it
14.Mustard seeds – 1tsp
15.Leave mustard seeds for spluttering
16.when your mustard seeds starts spluttering
add green chillies in it
17.chopped onions
18.fry the onions till it becomes soft
19.After that, add a pinch of hing(asofotidea) in it
20.Mix
21.Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
22.Mix it
23.Salt – as per taste
24.Mix well
25.Add chopped snake gourd in it
26.Mix it well
27.Grated coconut
28.Mix
29.Add water for cooking
30.cook it for 2 whistles on medium flame
31.Now, after 2 whistles its ready so lets check
32.You can see the texture its very nice because of grated coconut
