Bored of regular toasts? Try this veggie hummus toast made with chickpea hummus & colorful veggies that’s sooo tasty & healthy that you will not stop at one bite!
Hummus veggie toast:
Ingredients:
Hummus : (grind smooth)
1 cup boiled chickpea
2 tbsp sesame paste/tahini
2-3 garlic cloves
1 tsp lemon juice
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp cumin powder
Salt as per taste
Other ingredients:
2 slices of toasted bread
2 tbsp grated carrot
2 tbsp sprouts
Bell pepper slices
Cucumber slices
Onion slices
Lettuce leaves
Cherry Tomato slices
Salt and pepper as per taste
Method:
Make hummus , apply on toasted bread slices, add veggies of your choice and serve!
