Make easy and healthy breakfast recipe with just a few ingredients-
• semolina (sooji)
• flour ( maida)
• chopped onions
• chopped tomatoes
• egg
• salt
• Black pepper
• chilli flakes
• water

Procedure :-
1) Take a pan and heat it for one minute. Pour 2-3 tablespoon of semolina (sooji) and stir it for 2 minutes.
2) Take a bowl and pour the semolina in it. Then add 3 tablespoons of flour , chopped onions , chopped tomatoes , egg , salt , black pepper , Chilli flakes and water ( according to your desired consistency). Beat the mixture properly.
3) Heat a pan for 1 min and add 2-3 tablespoon of sunflower oil. Now according to the size of your pan pour the batter into the pan and fry it.
Fry both the sides for 4-5 minutes until the side becomes crispy and golden brown.
4) Serve it with the choice of your sauce.
