Malunggay Pandesal is a healthier version of traditional pandesal . I used fresh malunggay leaves to make natural and a better flavor.
Malunggay Pandesal Recipe
Ingredients:
1 cup warm milk
1 tbsp sugar
2 teaspoon activedry yeast (original)
3 cups all purpose flour
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tbsp powdered milk
6 tbsp melted butter
1 cup malunggay/moringa leaves or powdered malunggay
Bread crumbs
