– Use a sandwich cutter to make small pieces of bread slice and keep them aside.
– In a pan, put desi ghee.
– Once the ghee is hot and melted, add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, curry leaves and unsalted peanuts.
– Now add some freshly cut onions, capsicum, tomatoes.
– Finally add the diced bread along with green chilies, salt and coriander leaves .
– Keep stirring till everything is cooked .
And Voila ! Your bread Upma is ready 🙂
