Hi Guys,

Today I will be sharing with you four healthy meal ideas. All of these are less than 500 calories per person or 1 syn if you are following Slimming World.

All the meals in this video are slimming world friendly.

The video includes:

1. Sausage Orecchiette – 1.5 syns pp – 492 cals
Packet of heck chicken sausages
1 onion
1 red pepper
2 garlic cloves
200ml chicken stock
1tsp of mixed herbs
Pinch of chilli flakes
1tbsp balsamic vinegar
Carton of pasatta
240g pasta

2. Veggie Chilli – 1 syn 484 cals
1 onion
2 garlic cloves
Meatfree mince
Red pepper
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp chilli powder.
Tinned tomatoes
Stock pot
Tin of kidney beans
1 tsp Marjoram
1 tbsp sweetener
Rice to serve

3. Chicken Tikka & Wedges
4tbsp fat free yoghurt
1 tsp ginger
2 garlic cloves
2 tbsp curry powder
Pack of skinless, boneless chicken thighs
4 baking potatoes
2tsp garam masala
1tsp turmeric
1/4tsp chilli powder
150g peas
2 handfuls of spinach
to serve: yoghurt and mint dip, tomato, onion & lime and mango chutney (make sure to add calories/syns)

4. Slow cooked Beef Stroganoff
2 onions
Pack of mushrooms
450g diced stewing beef
Campbells condensed soup
2 garlic cloves
beef stock pot
2tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2tbsp sour cream
rice or pasta to serve
