Hello everyone. Today, I shot a video of what i eat in a day while dieting. I made avocado and egg bread for breakfast, and 5-ingredient, unsweetened, chocolate coconut balls for snacks and drank filter coffee with it. For dinner, I ate plenty of salad, basmati rice and rice, and chicken with curry sauce. With a healthy breakfast, healthy snack, and healthy dinner, I lose weight and eat healthy by taking low calories. During the weight loss process, I eat in the form of intermittent fasting.
