In this quick video I make some quick bread that’s healthy and delicious and quick! This recipe uses whole wheat flour which is a complex carb which will keep you fuller for longer. This recipe requires no kneading and no special equipment! If you watched my video on making homemade butter then you already have a key ingredient — butter milk! And if you don’t have buttermilk you can substitute 1 cup of buttermilk for 1 cup of milk with a teaspoon of white vinegar.
