Ingredients

1. Breads/ roti Leftovers= I used bread sides from around 10 breads
2. Onions – 1 small chopped
3. Capsicum – 1/2 chopped
4. Carrot – 1/2 chopped
5. Sweet Corns(Optional) – Few kernerls
6. Boiled Potato chopped – Half Potato
7. Salt – As per your taste
8. Red Chilli powder/Turmeric Powder and Garam Masala – 1/4 tbsp
9. Oil – 1 tbsp
10. Green Coriander leaf’s – For Garnishing
