Here, I present my banana bread recipe which is made completely with healthy ingredients like whole wheat flour, almond flour, and oats and without adding any oil and butter in it. Instead of sugar, I have added a little jaggery for sweetness. The final outcome is a moist and delicious bread. This banana bread is perfect for any tea party or get-together. Ripe Banana- 2
Egg- 1
Sourcream – 1/2 cup
Vanilla essence- few drops
water- 1/2 cup
Jaggery- 50 gms
Wholewheat flour- 1 cup
Almond flour- 1 cup
Oats- 1 cup
Baking powder- 1 teaspoon
Salt- 1 big pinch
Cinnamon powder- 1 teaspoon
Almond flakes- 1 tablespoon(Optional)
Black raisins- 1 tablespoon
