It’s simple and takes less than 10 minutes and it is easy to prepare fat loss egg recipe.

Ingredients:
• 5% lean mince
• Teriyaki sauce
• Salt and Pepper
• Spring onion, red onion and peas
• Microwavable basmati rice
• Sesame Seeds
• Garlic
• Ginger Puree

1. Chop up veg and put in pan to cook
2. Season veg and add teriyaki sauce
3. Cook mince in separate pan for 5 minutes, add sesame seeds and season
4. Once cooked, add mince to veg
5. Cook rice and then add rice to bowl with mice and veg
6. Enjoy!
