Ingridients,
160g of chicken breast
1 slice of cheese – 28g
2 tsp of garlic powder
1 tsp of chilli powder ( or more if you want it more spicy)
Salt to taste
1 green chilli
15g leeks
50g onion sliced thinly
1 tbsp of coconut milk
4 tbsp of water
3 cloves of garlic
2-3 cardamom pods crushed
½ stick of cinnamon
Few curry leaves
½ tsp pepper
2 tsp curry powder
2 tsp of spicy chilli flakes

Meal prep tip: prepare 2-3 batches of this and, add the balls into a ziplock bag and store them in the freezer/fridge. you can keep them for atleast 3-4 days.
