Ingredients:
Wheat flour – 250 g
Whole grain flour – 200 g
Oat bran – 50 g
Salt – 5 g
Soda – 4 g
Baking powder – 6 g
Sugar – 20 g
Oil – 70 g
Kefir – 400 ml ( or milk – 380 ml + lemon juice – 20 ml )
Egg – 1
Pumpkin seeds
Provence herbs
Black olives
Sesame

Bake for 15 minutes at 215’C, for 30 min at 200’C.
