Sandwich is a popular breakfast and snack food item. Usually we come across Sandwiches which are heavy in stuffings like Mayonnaise, sauces and cooked in butter / oil.
Here I am sharing a healthy, oil free and tasty recipe for protein rich veg sandwich.
Preparation Time :- 5 min
Cooking time :- 15 min
Serves :- 2
Ingredients:-
Stuffing:-
Paneer – 150 gms
Chopped onion – 1 no
Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp
Green chili – 1 no
Red chili flakes – 1/2 tsp
Mixed herbs – 1/2 tsp
Dry mango powder (amchoor powder) – 1/2 tsp
Curd – 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Sandwich :-
Bread slices – 4
Onion slices – 4 nos
Tomato slices – 4 nos
Paneer stuffing
Serve with green chutney
