▶️ The Recipe:
• Quinoa 2 cups
• Green onion
• Water 500ml
• Cucumber
• Red pepper
• Carrots
• Cabbage
• Cilantro
• Lemon or lime
• Maple syrup 1 tbsp
• Vegetable oil
• Soy sauce 2 tbsp
• Ginger
• Avocado
▶️ Method and Instruction:
• Boil the quinoa for 15 min in 2 cups of water (500ml)
• Cut the vegetables in small pieces and put them in a bowl.
• Prepare the salad dressing with 2 tbsp of soy sauce, 1 tbsp of maple syrup, 1/4 cup of vegetable oil, juice from 1 lemon and 1 inch of minced ginger.
• Mix together.
• Cut some avocado
• Add the quinoa to the vegetable mixture, add the salad dressing and mix together.
• Add the salad dressing and mix together. That’s it!
• The whole process will take around 20 min.
• Serve and enjoy!
