Craisins Healthy Greek chicken Salad Recipe- Roe Dee Edition
Compatible with the Nutrisystem Flex Meal Formula
Ingredients:
½ Cup Plain Greek Nonfat Yogurt
2 tbsp Unsweetened Almond Milk
(or milk of your choice)
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard1 tablespoon Mrs Dash Garlic & Herb
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
15 ounces of cooked chicken dice
50 grams of Craisins 50% Less sugar Cranberries chopped
5 tablespoons of low fat or light mayonnaise 35 calories or less per tablespoon
¼ cup onion finely diced
¼ cup carrots finely diced
½ cup celery finely diced
½ cup red/green pepper, finely diced
¼ cup parsley coarsely chopped
1.5 teaspoons dry or to taste
Salt & pepper to taste
Direections:
In a bowl, whisk together yogurt, milk, lemon juice, mustard, garlic & onion powders. Fold in chicken, Craisins, celery, bell pepper, parsley, dill, salt& pepper to taste.
Recipes yields 5 servings.188 calories per serving and is  Nutrisystem 1 power fuel, 1 smart carb and 1 extra for the approx 10 grams craisins is 25 calories of the entire serving
