Due to popular demand, here are 3 super quick, super simple breakfast recipes that can be made for the week ahead. Literally look me less than 15 minutes and all my breakfast meals were prepped for the week ahead. Please give this video a THUMBS up if you want to see more meal prep videos!
❤ White Chocolate Overnight Oats (makes 1)
60g rolled oats (about ¾ cup)
10g Optimum Nutrition White Chocolate protein powder
½ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
Mix well and store in the fridge overnight, grab and go the next morning!
❤ Baked Blueberry Oatmeal Bars (makes 5 bars)
1 mashed banana
1 cup rolled oats, uncooked
1 egg
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ cup frozen blueberries
Bake at 180 degrees celcius for 15 – 20 minutes
❤ Egg White Muffins
1 cup chopped spinach
1 cup chopped tomato
½ carton of egg whites (amount will vary depending of muffin mould)
Bake at 180 degrees celcius for 20 – 25 minutes
