This, not so traditional keto egg salad, is very traditional in my family but many people know it! I love making it all around the year now. It’s so tasty, simple and easy to make. Enjoy healthy and filling salad!

It’s called THE Easter egg salad as I grew up colouring eggs with food-friendly dies and then “fighting” with them. Of course, that resulted in lots of eggs to be eaten 😂 so my mom started making this egg salad recipe
