Here’s another little and simple dish for people out there to try and enjoy!!! Being Ramadan we can use this as an iftar Candy. People of all ages would love this simple preparatory made of vegetable Ingredients(For 2-4 people)
1. Tomatoes- 2 Nos
2. Carrot- 1/2 piece
3. Onion- 1 Nos
4. Olives- 300 gmPreparation:1. Chop tomatoes, onion, carrot, and olives into small pieces2. Mix all vegetables together3. Add cheese to it( any of your choice)4. Add a little salt, 1 teaspoon chili flaked, and 1 tsp curry powder.
5. Mix them well
6. Later, take four slices of bread and cut off the sides
7. Stuff this mixture on bread and cut them into small cubes
8. Fry them in a pan.
9. They can be served on being cool
