Ingredients:
(Make: 7-8 dosas)

– 1 cup Whole Ragi or Finger millet or Nachni
– 1/4 cup Horse gram or Kulthi or kudu or muthira
– 2 tablespoon Sago or tapioca pearl
– 1 teaspoon Methi or fenugreek seeds
– Salt to taste
– 1 cup or as required Water
– Ghee or oil for roasting
