-1/2 pound of ground turkey
-1/2 jar of marinara sauce
-1 bag of cauliflower rice
– onions
-cream cheese
-cheddar cheese

CREAM CHESSE MOUSSE
– cream cheese
– 1/2 cup dark chocolate powder
-1/4 milk
-1/4 chocolate chips
– 2 tsp vanilla
-mixed berries
