Meal 1 ingredients/amounts used:
â– 175g rice noodles
â– 190g prawns
â– roughly 100g bok choi
â– roughly 15ml sesame oil
â– roughly 50g spring onions
â– 2 chillies
â– 2 cloves of garlic
â– 10g fresh ginger
â– 20ml light soy
â– 5g coconut oil
â– no idea how much coriander/cilantro
Meal 2 ingredients/amounts used:
**note: this will provide two portions (at least)**
â– half a brown onion
â– 10g butter
â– 340g meatballs
â– 500ml chicken stock
â– 400g chopped tomatoes
â– 30g chorizo
â– 200g cherry tomatoes
â– 400g orzo
â– sprinkle of dried oregano
â– parsley (enough to garnish)
Meal 3 ingredients/amounts used:
â– chicken breast (mine was about 250g)
